William Denny

William is presently the youngest member of the trimmers and started working with Charlie on a part time basis back in 2005 as a Trimmers Assistant. Charlie then trained Will on how to correctly trim and handle cattle when cattle foot trimming. Will then went on the 4 day Dutch Claw Trimming course at the Willows Vet Practice in Cheshire. In 2007 William joined Charlie full time and was given the keys to a van of his own which meant he could go out and trim on is own.

Will, as he prefers to be known, grew up in Shifnal and spent as much of is time as he could helping on his grandparents farm with school holidays being look forward to so that he could roll up his sleeves and get involved.

From helping his grandparents Will then discovered an interest in showing cattle and agricultural shows, even travelling to America to work at shows when he was just 16 years old.

Will still has an interest in Agricultural shows and can very often be found at the Cattle rings or in the dairy lines.

Outside of work Will remains an active member of the Young Farmers in Newport and continues to regularly take part in stock judging competitions. He is a member of The Shropshire Golf Club and generally enjoys most sports, particularly football, rugby, cricket and NFL.
